These help pumping hurt less and be more effective! I’m glad I bought them. My only complaint is that I could’ve gone a size smaller. I used the ruler and followed the exact instructions, but I guess I shouldn’t have added 1-2mm to my nipple measurement like the paper said. I am a ftm so everything is so new to me, but these definitely help, just make sure you get the right size!

I don't know about you, but I'm not to sit there and "keep trying to make something work" just because companies or people think it takes multiple times to figure it out. My boobs work way too hard to put them thru the ringer for a product that won't work. These inserts work!!! They worked on the first try unlike a lot of them out there. They are comfortable, they fit right and great output with any pump. No adjustment period for any pump. Buying two more pairs.

Easy to use and clean - comfortable!

Fits sooo much better than my standard spectra 24 flanges, went from pumping 2 oz to almost 4 combined! I’m also taking fenugreek supplements which I recommend. Nipples hurt less after pumping now too.

So pleased to find these, it is so hard to find flanges that work with the Philips pumps! They work great and clean well!

I had been using since 27mm flanges after a nurse told me that was the right size...boy was she wrong. I purchased 17mm and feel so much better and get better output! I will say the silicone is uncomfortable so you have to use a lube or something to make it more pleasant, but overall a great product
