Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). There are certain items that the return policy does not apply to - please check the individual product page. 

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, please email us at info@lactationhub.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

IMPORTANT: We only accept returns with a valid Tracking Number provided by the customer! 

 

Cancellation Policy

At LactationHub, we're dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to support infant feeding journeys world-wide. As a small, women-owned company, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our transactions.

Please be aware that a 3.5% fee will be applied to all cancelled orders that have not yet been shipped and taken away from your refund automatically. This fee is necessary to cover the card transaction fees we incur (even when a cancellation occurs). 

While we understand that plans can change, this policy helps us continue offering high-quality products and services without passing on unnecessary costs to our community. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us sustain our commitment to you and the community we serve.

Customers outside the USA are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are not included in our prices. Please check these costs with your country's customs office before ordering.

 

 

 

Refusal of Delivery:

 

If you refuse delivery due to these charges, any refund will be reduced by the costs charged to us by USPS or UPS for delivery and return of the package.
