Actually CLEAR 17 mm inserts
Really happy with this purchase - tried the maymom inserts and they are a frosted silicone, are thicker, and hard to center yourself, I also found that I didn’t empty as well with those. These are super clear and easy to see, fit well inside the spectra and baby Buddha 24 mm flanges, and are easy to remove and clean. They are also comfortable to use and quite thin so I have not experienced any rubbing or damage. So happy this exists, after doing a lot of searching, don’t hesitate to purchase these if you are on the fence!

Purchase the kit before delivery. Loved the inserts so I bought two more sets since I’m different sizes. Today one went missing so purchasing more after I finish this review. Love the inserts. They’ve made my pumping experience pain free ❤️
