19 mm flange insert
Love that these are clear and more comfortable than the plastic flanges. While they do fit the 24 mm spectra flange it is quite difficult to get them in and takes an extra few minutes

Wish I had found these sooner!
I'm an exlusive pumper and pump 6 times per day. I've tried about 4 other products before stumbling across these. I WISH I had found these sooner! They are very comfortable, stay in place (unilke the Maymom flange inserts), and are truly clear so that you can see what's going on as you're pumping. I love that I'm able to use them with my 24mm Spectra flange so that there are fewer parts to wash and keep track of. I had been using another company's silicone flanges, but these inserts are honestly simpler and work better for me. I would 100% purchase again and recommend to any pumping mama!

Legit just buy them. Buy them all. Worth it because you can use them in anything and don’t have to buy special size flanges for every pump. I have a medela harmony, Elvie and spectra pump and with these I can just pop them in. Worth every penny.
