Breastfeeding with SNS
This cap works with standard breast milk collection viles. It has an air hole though which allows leakage and makes using it require some skill.

The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because it fits poorly and leaks on the Dr. Brown bottles so many people have. But with other bottles it's great
