PROBIOTICS

Studies show that L. Salivarius and L. Fermentum strains of probiotics directly impact the breast microbiome, specifically during cases of clogged ducts and mastitis. Not sure what kind of magic this is! I had an over production issue and was getting clogged ducts pretty regularly about 3 times a week. I had a bout with mastitis and a few other close calls. It was very painful and uncomfortable. My lactation consultant suggested I get on this and since I’ve started this over a month ago I have only had one, (and my baby has started sleeping through the night , so we went through some big changes). I keep them by my bedside and take them first thing when I wake up. I am really pleased with how well this is working for me and baby and believe that this will allow me to extend our breastfeeding journey. It has literally made my life better and I would recommend for any mom struggling with clogged ducts to give it a try!

Was recommended this product when I experienced my first clog during my breastfeeding journey. If I take it regularly, I don’t get clogs. A few times I’ve forgotten a few days in a row, I’ve always gotten a clog. I will continue to take this product until I’m done breastfeeding. Plus the customer service is very nice and helpful!

This product honestly allowed me to keep breastfeeding. I happen to be one of those woman that struggled with clogged ducts, got Mastitis and engorged frequently. Working with my lactation consultant she suggested this particular probiotic and I haven’t had any issues since and it’s been over a month. And trust me I was trying everything. I plan to continue taking it until my journey is over 10/10 would recommend

Breastfeeding came with many struggles for me, Including DAILY clogged ducts. This occurred no matter what I did for my baby’s first 5 months of life—I tried EVERYTHING to prevent and treat them. They caused extreme stress for me because my supply would dip for days as I recovered from each painful clog—and I have fought hard to battle low supply issues already . I was an overproducer with my second kiddo and suffered a lot with clogged ducts and got mastitis 2x so naturally when I gave birth to my 3rd I was desperate to find something that would help prevent them and came across this gem on TikTok and boy has it been a game changer for my BF journey! I have not gotten any clogged ducts or mastitis this time around and I’m 3 months in exclusively breastfeeding! Cannot be happier that I found this and will continue taking them.

I was 8 weeks post partum and kept getting clogged ducts and one bout of mastitis. It was awful and my IBCLC recommended this supplement and I’m in shock, I haven’t had a clogged duct since and I’ve also been going 8-9 hours at night without feeding my baby girl. This is a LIFESAVER!!!! I was worried it might affect my baby but she’s been so great!! I love it so much I ordered the 10 pack because I know I’ll use them all!

Unlike the other probiotics I've bought this one doesn't need to be refrigerated which is convenient. I am tandem breastfeeding my 3 month old daughter and 2 year old son. He has multiple known food allergies, this does not trigger his milk allergy through breastmilk. Love this!
